How should I deal with the product warranty process if the product don't work?
Please contact the store you purchased with the order No. and SN via the online message on the platform. Because all of issues have to deal just like exchange, repair, replacement, refund via the platform.
How do I boot into BIOS of your mini pc?
Please press the DEL key when you turn on the mini pc.  Then you can boot into the BIOS interface.
How to turn on the "auto power up" feature? Then the mini PC will power itself ON when power is applied WOTHOUT pressing the power on button.
Press the DEL key when you turn on the mini pc and boot into the BIOS interface. Then just do as following:
Chipset => PCH-IO Configuration => Wake on Power(Automatic on) => SO State => EXIT & SAVE.
I recently bought the RX 5600 6G graphics card from Aliexpress. I tried to flash another BIOS on it and it does not work. Could you please send me the original (RX 5600 OEM) BIOS to flash back?
Regret to tell you we don't supply the BIOS file of the Graphics card according to our company policy. Because it maybe damage the graphics card with unkonw reason.

The H series mini pc just like HA-1, HA-2 and HA-3 don't support the VMware software. Please notice it. Thanks.

Aftersales commitments are as follows.

For gaming: 2 year warranty

Guarantee repair the condition of normal use and maintenance, if the product malfunctions due to the product's own quality problems within 2-year warranty period.

However, if the following situation occurs,it is not within the scope of free warranty.

1. Products misjudged by users;

2. The warranty period has expired;

3. Failing to provide valid warranty certificate or altering product serial number without permission;

4.Damage caused by all human factors,such as unauthorized disassembly, modification,repair or attempted repair by the user...etc.

5.Damage caused by force majeure;

6. Damage caused by improper transportation,use and storage by the user(including appearance deformation,scratches,loss of electronic components,PCB board deformation,collision...etc.)

7.Surface abrasion and scratch of the product after normal use;

8.Failure or damage caused by software or virus. For the products exceeding the warranty period, if they are still repairable, we can provide paid maintenance services. The charging standard shall be determined by the cost of materials to be replaced and working hours needed for repairing the products

9.Defective appearance of products (scratch, deformation, oxidation, corrosion, rust, fracture...etc.)

10.Product damage caused by modification or maintenance without permission, including the loss and deformation of the iron baffle plate of the graphics card, the removal of the cooling fan or cooling fin, and the residual solder on the PCB board...etc.

11.The fragile tag on the fan is damaged, or the bar code label is torn, damaged, blurred, altered or imitated.

12.When the BIOS content is modified without permission, or the BIOS chip is burned or lost

13.When burnout, corrosion and damage detected on the chips.

Warranty Coverage

PELADN products come with a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs or modifications. The warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear, or damages caused by natural disasters or acts of God.

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] and provide proof of purchase. Our team will assess your claim and determine whether the product is covered under warranty.

Warranty Remedies

If a product is found to be defective under warranty, PELADN will, at its option, repair or replace the product or provide a refund. The remedy provided will be the sole and exclusive remedy under the warranty.

Shipping Costs

PELADN will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to the customer. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to PELADN for warranty service.

Limitation of Liability

PELADN's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or a refund of the purchase price. In no event shall PELADN be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in this warranty, PELADN disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

We may update this Warranty Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notice you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
